Basic Recipe Directions

  • 3 oz Cooking Oil
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups Water
  1. Combine entire contents of mix (full bag) with all ingredients.
  2. Mix at slow speed for 1/2 minute.
  3. Scrape down bowl and mix at medium speed for 1 additional minute. DO NOT OVER MIX!
  4. Spread onto 1 lightly greased 9"x13" pan or 2 lightly greased 8"x8" pans.
  5. For Standard Oven: Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until done.
For Convection Oven: Bake at 325 - 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes with FAN OFF OR with FAN ON bake 5-10 minutes or until done.
