What you Need
2 large eggs
2 oz vegetable oil
9 oz of water (11 oz for larger pancake)

Mixing Instructions
Combine 13 dry oz of gluten free pancake mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water into mixing bowl
Mix on low until ingredients are well incorporated
Mix on medium for 2 minutes
Pour batter on a griddle or medium frying pan on medium heat
Pancake is done when sides are a golden brown
Serve hot.

Ingredients: white rice flour, sugar, dry whole milk, tapioca starch, brown rice flour, corn starch, vanilla flavor (dextrose, corn starch, natural and artificial flavor), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, baking soda, xanthan gum.
