Ener-G® Texas Toast (made with White Rice)

Thicker slices ideal for making French Toast or your favorite Texas Toast recipes grilled on the BBQ or in your oven with ingredients like herbs, garlic, cheese and olive oil. It's also great for a hearty sandwich with thicker slices. It also makes a great grilled cheese sandwich with melted cheese.
Ingredients: filtered water, corn starch, tapioca starch, rice flour, palm fruit oil, safflower oil, tapioca syrup, bamboo fiber, invert sugar, pear juice concentrate, methylcellulose, yeast, salt, apple sauce (apples, water), guar gum, xanthan gum, citrus fiber, glucono delta lactone (antoxidant).
