The possibilities are limitless with Eco-Cuisine. All vegan, shelf stable mixes offer faster prep time and easier storage. Eco-Cuisine’s “Beef Style” Burger Quick Mix has natural ingredients with a light red color, and mixed granulation with brown and tan particulate.

The prepared beef burger mix has a distinctive savory beef burger-like flavor and meaty texture which makes a superb basic burger which can be used to create many flavor variations (bean, BBQ, cheese, mushroom, etc.). Other applications include chili, meat balls, meat loaf, and sandwich wraps, etc. with the recipe applications limited only by the chef’s creativity.  It is easy to prepare by simply adding water, and oil, then cooking for the desired application.  This prepared burger mix is freeze-thaw stable cooked or uncooked, and has a shelf-life of 5-7 days when refrigerated under ideal conditions.
