All vegan, shelf stable mixes offer faster prep time and easier storage.Eco-Cuisine’s Breakfast “Sausage Style” Quick Mix has natural ingredients with a light brown color, and mixed granulation with tan particulate.  Suggested applications include sausage patties, Pizza topping, burgers, “Meat” Balls, crumbles, loaves, wraps, and as an ingredient in quiche, omelets, etc., with the recipe applications limited only by the chef’s creativity.  It is easy to prepare by simply adding water, and oil, then cooking for the desired application.  This sausage is freeze-thaw stable once cooked and has a shelf-life of 5-7 days when refrigerated under ideal conditions (when cooked and stored as directed).
