Eco-Cuisine’s Italian “Sausage Style” Quick Mix has natural ingredients with a light red color, and mixed granulation with tan and green particulate. The prepared sausage mix has a distinctive fennel flavor and meaty texture which makes a superb Italian sausage, breakfast patty, burger, pizza topping, meat ball, or meat loaf. It can also be used as an ingredient in quiche, omelets, wraps, etc. with the recipe applications limited only by the chef’s creativity. It is easy to prepare by simply adding water, and oil, then cooking for the desired application. This sausage is freeze-thaw stable once cooked and has a shelf-life of 5-7 days when refrigerated under ideal conditions (when cooked and stored as directed). Prepared Portion size: 2oz
