Like Shake n' Bake® but without the salt. Keeps Chicken and Fish moist. Baked not fried.
Ingredients: yellow corn flour, bleached wheat flour, palm oil, modified corn starch, dehydrated onion, spices, torula yeast, dehydrated garlic, sugar, paprika, corn starch, maltodextrin, turmeric, yeast, salt, extractives of paprika, not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Contains: Wheat.

Low Sodium. Kosher.
Directions: Dredge chicken or fish in mix. Shake off excess. Bake chicken on lightly oiled pan for 1 hour at 425°F. Bake fish 15 minutes at 350°F.
