Minnehaha Mills® Sugar Free Chocolate Cookie Mix
Make cookies an every day option using Minnehaha Mills® Sugar Free Cookie Mix. These add-water-only sugar free treats are great as a dessert or afternoon or evening snack.
Basic Recipe Directions
- 1 package Minnehaha Mills® Sugar Free Cookie Mix
- ½ cup (4 oz) Water
- Empty contents of package into mixer bowl and add 4 oz. of water (½ cup) to mix.
- Using paddle, mix on low speed for 1 minute.
- Using a #40 scoop, drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- For Standard Oven: Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
For Convection Oven: Bake at 325°F with FAN OFF for 7 minutes;
then with FAN ON bake 8 more minutes or until done.
