Med-Diet® Freeze/Thaw Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix
There is no better way to perk up meats, hold in heat and maintain meal moistness than with Med-Diet's low fat, low calorie gravy and sauce mixes.
Ingredients: cheddar and blue cheeses (milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes), whey, modified corn starch, whey protein hydrolysate, palm oil, maltodextrin, nonfat milk, reduced lactose whey, salt, natural flavors, monosodium glutamate, anhydrous milk fat, xanthan gum, citric acid, lactic acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, caramel color, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Contains: Milk

Directions: Add the appropriate amount of water to the mixture and stir with a wire whisk. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
