Med-Diet® Freeze/Thaw Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix

There is no better way to perk up meats, hold in heat and maintain meal moistness than with Med-Diet's low fat, low calorie gravy and sauce mixes.

Ingredients: whey, modified corn starch, maltodextrin, cheddar and blue cheese (milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes), palm oil, monosodium glutamate, salt, reduced lactose whey, natural flavors, xanthan gum, nonfat milk, soybean oil (as a processing aid), anhydrous milk fat, lactic acid, enzyme modified parmesan cheese (parmesan cheese (milk, starter culture, salt, enzymes), cream, natural flavor), citric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, caramel color, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking. Contains: Milk
Directions: Add the appropriate amount of water to the mixture and stir with a wire whisk. Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.

Serving Size: 1½ Tbsp dry mix, 12g (makes ¼ cup)
